When all the hostages are freed, your base building skills will be tested. These hostages join your forces and help you free the other hostages. Go around the map and free all of the hostages.
The areas where allied forces are being held are marked on the map when you start this mission. The Soviets have taken a number of allied forces hostage and its up to you to free them and let them fight to keep the world safe for democracy again.
